The team coa­ching was well struc­tu­red and very infor­ma­ti­ve. The many simu­la­ti­ons and games have hel­ped us to get to know each other bet­ter. Also I could use the con­tent to ana­ly­ze mys­elf bet­ter. Our ques­ti­ons and topics were ele­gant­ly incor­po­ra­ted into the flow of the work­shop. Clau­dia illus­tra­ted the con­tent with good examp­les from her own expe­ri­ence. The insights were very hel­pful. I can direct­ly inte­gra­te them into my coope­ra­ti­on and team work.
