In addition to the face-to-face meetings, a complementary virtual collaboration has become possible by incorporating the technical possibilities.This is an opportunity and complement and has an enriching effect on the way we learn together.Whether it is leadership development or coaching, organizational consulting or team development – the design of dialogue and exchange, the way to learn and collaborate has to match your people and organization.

Greatest resonance and contact will be able by meeting together in person, no doubt. I support you in finding good setting for what you want to achieve. Also the way we collaborate can have very different looks: from classic classroom to open space and future factory…co-creation and transparent design is important. I use the virtual apps in our collaboration: for example, Miro, CollaBoard, Mural. Not all formats are good for digital work, and yet, many things work. Personal development is also about developing products that make sense for who you are.
